So yesterday, we girls met up and went to Marsling's Phoon Huat to shop for the ingredients needed for baking. It was pretty fun doing the shopping (; Next, we went to Tino's house straight. We kinda lost of way there and have been walking rounds and rounds around the HDB under the hot hot sun :( But in the end, we did it ! *a sense of achievement*

First impression of Tino's house, a little cramp and small hehehe! Once we stepped in the house, we were warmly greeted by his lovely mum :) Okay, we rest for awhile and had lunch cooked by his mum, bee hoon :D His mum is really nice, offering food drinks etc. After meal, it's time to do some business!

We of hands cracking and start BAKING! Oh, we started baking before the boys arrive so that the kitchen will not turn into chaos later :P We started on making the dough first because it requires to chill it for an hour. While waiting, we girls help Ah ting to do her eclairs. It was kind of messy while doing the eclairs, the mixture doesn't seem to turn out the way it should be. But after baking it, it kinda success, it manage to puff up but flatten once we let it cool :( Next we started rolling and cutting out the cookie dough. It was so fun cutting out the gingerbread man shape, Christmas tree shapes etc.

FINALLY! After waiting, the boys finally arrives! Okay, so while the girls were baking, Benjamin cooked salmon for us. I'm not really a fan of salmon but i think Benjamin is gonna be a great chef! He cooks pretty well, look professional and i think he has great potential! Other than Benjamin, Wilson also cooked roasted pork ribs! He cooked it at his home and bring it over to Tino's house :D And his pork ribs were delicious, it so favourful ! I think all the guys in our class got potential in becoming a chef! Hahaha, what am I talking? They are all DRCO students, of course they love cooking :D

After the cookies were cooled, we can prepare to start icing the cookies. It was fun icing the cookies, drawing eyes and nose for the gingerbread man. At least this can keep some of the people something to do. Other than icing the cookies, the boys went down to have play water guns and water bomb #foreverchildish HAHAHAHAHA!

As for me, i help Ah Ting to prepare the cream cheese filling for her eclairs. We actually have no clue on how to do the filling but we just anyhow bomb and anyhow mix.. TA DA!~ We made it, muahahaha!~ It turns out to be edible, not what we expected but it's nice :)

After baking was done and the boys are back from their games, we went into the room for XMAS XCHANGE ! :D So everyone got each take turns to exchange gift and the person is suppose to hug the person who gave them. I was really dead curious about my sender, who he/she really is and it turns out to be CHERYL! She gave me a godiva dark chocolate and a bracelet with a pair of Eiffel Tower earrings ( I do not have ear holes, but i will get one soon :D) Okay, and the person im giving is WEE SENG! Hahaha, really had a hard time thinking what to give him but i got him a pair of earrings in the end :) Overall, the gift exchange was fun and AWESOME ^^

After gift exchange, we proceed outside to take a group picture with the cookies each with their individual names :D After so much of waiting, everyone finally can eat the cookies ^^ We cleaned up the mess (not really) and left Tino's house because their family have to attend some event. 3/4 of them went for Kbox while me, teresa and zoey went home. It was a tiring day but it was awesome! I WANT ANOTHER BAKE DATE !!! :)

Oh, special thanks to Tino and his mum! His mum was super nice and she is a great host! She is super nice and generous :) THANK YOU SO MUCH AUNTY :) And Tino, thank you so so much for letting this event hold at ur house. Im really sorry for the huge mess created and it was really a fun and pleasant day :) I super LOVE your baking equipment, the cake mixer, the oven OMG, it's super awesome! :D THANK YOU so much once again (;
