Baking marathon!

Ever since holiday started, I've been baking a lot! From Nutella brownie cups to mini baked cheesecakes to lemon meringue cupcakes and Portuguese egg tarts!

Nutella Brownie Cups! Super simple to make, only 3 ingredients and the nutella taste is super rich! :D

Mini Baked Cheesecake! Finally managed to make a decent cheesecake, phew!

Lemon meringue cupcakes! Saw this cupcakes from Junior Masterchef and went to google it. Thank goodness I found the recipe and immediately went to try it! My parent do not like it cos they say it's too sour :( But I think it tasted alright, hais..

My cupcakes forever rising like mountains..

Lemon cupcakes, Lemon curd, and meringue... Time to assemble!!

Dig a hole..

Pour in the lemon curd..

Put back the 'lid'..

Pipe the meringue..

Bake it..

TA-DA! IT'S DONE!

LEMON MERINGUE CUPCAKES!

Actually wanted to attempt macaroons but my mum wanted to make Portuguese egg tarts so I decided to help her. Made my own puff pastry, super tedious but hey, I SUCCESS! :)

So if you see i've been growing fatter and fatter, probably this is the reason why, hahaha! I should probably start studying already but I wanna do so many things this holidays, totally not in the mood of studying. I want to bake and bake and oh.. I want to go ECP perhaps alone? Sit down and enjoy the breezy wind and eat my movenpick <3 If only....nvm :) Haha, abit pressured uh because everyone keep telling me they want to try my baking but I don't know how :( Sorry guys, if got chance I'll bake for you guys (:

This is like mission impossible, how can I forget you? You've made such a strong impact in my life, it's not that easy to forget you. If only my brain has a memory card, I wish I could delete some memories and keep some too...

I'm still gonna see you for the next 2 years so it's definitely damn hard to forget you lah! Plus whenever I change my clothes, I smell dynamo! Alamak, smell so nicee! Haha, ya that's why so hard to forget. But my point is not asking you to stop going out with tetris siao. I don't want you to be drifted away from them because of this incident.

You know i'm gonna have flashbacks about you whenever I see you but that's something I cannot avoid. I think all I need is time, no worries I can still manage (:

Sometimes I really hate you because at times when I needed you most, you have already left me....

The scary thunder & lightning.. I wish you could comfort me and tell me not to be scared. You're my superman!

Someone please slap some sense into me, I shouldn't be thinking about him anymore! He have already left me & that's the fact, FACE IT! Urgh! Writing this at 11pm at night with anger, this is dumb! I feel like crying, okay nvm. SLEEP!

Heart Recovery Week

This week have been awesome with my family and friends, I love them so much <3

Monday 14th March - Island Creamery date!

After school, I went to KAP's Island creamery with Teresa, Wei Ting & Dione! It was my first time there and it's awesome! We ordered Apple pie with ice cream, Childhood chocolate cake, Lava cake with apple pie ice cream and Baked Alaska! And it was definitely a sinful meal :P

Wednesday 16th March - USS Trip

Finally I get to go to USS because everyone seems to went there before except for me :( Supposedly Jocelyn is joining us but she's sick so end up only billy and chun xiang went but it's still awesome! Everything inside was so beautiful, it didn't feel like I'm in Singapore! Everything is just so awesome! We tried all the rides except for the Cylon Roller coaster for me, too scary.. HEHEHE! As for the other rides like the mummy and the human roller coaster, it was crazy but we had fun! ;)

The first ride we took! Thumbs up, damn shiok!!!

Back to childhood!

The 4D movie was awesome! <3

Ended the day beautifully, will definitely come back again (if i have money) for all the rides and just everything there! It's just awesome, I don't know how to describe it :P

Thursday 17th April - Karaoke session

Went to Marsiling CC for karaoke session with Wee Seng, Cheryl, Teresa, Wei Ting, Benjamin and Dominic. I didn't know they sing old sentimental chinese and english songs, hahaha! It was a great time there, singing our lungs out and just chilling. For dinner, went to Old Marsiling Hawker Centre to try hokkien mee that WS say it's damn nice.

Friday 18th March - A short getaway to Malaysia

Together with my parent, we went to Johor Premium Mall where they sell all the premium brands like Coach, Burberry, Carlo Rino, Armani Exchange, Nike, Addidas etc. Or in other words, ATAS shopping mall. It look kind of similar to Hokkaido's Premium mall, just that the variety is too little..
