Baking marathon!

Ever since holiday started, I've been baking a lot! From Nutella brownie cups to mini baked cheesecakes to lemon meringue cupcakes and Portuguese egg tarts!


Nutella Brownie Cups! Super simple to make, only 3 ingredients and the nutella taste is super rich! :D






Mini Baked Cheesecake! Finally managed to make a decent cheesecake, phew! 








Lemon meringue cupcakes! Saw this cupcakes from Junior Masterchef and went to google it. Thank goodness I found the recipe and immediately went to try it! My parent do not like it cos they say it's too sour :( But I think it tasted alright, hais.. 


My cupcakes forever rising like mountains..

Lemon cupcakes, Lemon curd, and meringue... Time to assemble!!

Dig a hole.. 

Pour in the lemon curd.. 

Put back the 'lid'..

Pipe the meringue..

Bake it.. 

TA-DA! IT'S DONE!

LEMON MERINGUE CUPCAKES!

Actually wanted to attempt macaroons but my mum wanted to make Portuguese egg tarts so I decided to help her. Made my own puff pastry, super tedious but hey, I SUCCESS! :)







So if you see i've been growing fatter and fatter, probably this is the reason why, hahaha! I should probably start studying already but I wanna do so many things this holidays, totally not in the mood of studying. I want to bake and bake and oh.. I want to go ECP perhaps alone? Sit down and enjoy the breezy wind and eat my movenpick <3 If only....nvm :) Haha, abit pressured uh because everyone keep telling me they want to try my baking but I don't know how :( Sorry guys, if got chance I'll bake for you guys (:
