I think I'm someone who tend to think a lot, I would picture the worst scenario and scare myself. Serious, no joke! And then I'll get moody and upset.. Sometimes i find it to realistic that I could hide under my blanket and cry. This is something beyond my control, I try to be as optimistic as possible b'cos I know over thinking kills.
